In a very peculiar decision, ITAC opted to not verify any of the cooperating importers and exporters in the above matter. In an even more peculiar turn of events, ITAC not only didn’t verify, but also imposed lower provisional duties than the actual dumping margins submitted by the exporters. It would appear as if a final decision will be taken in this matter on 13 May 2014, with duties to be implemented likely to be the same as the values put forward in the provisional decision.
