On 18 November 2022 ITAC initiated the sunset review on clear float glass, classifiable under tariff subheadings 7005.29.17, 7005.29.23, 7005.29.25, 7005.29.35, originating in or imported from the Republic of Indonesia. The application was brought by the only producer of the subject product in SACU, PFG Building Glass, on the basis that dumping would occur when the duties expire. However, there were no imports of the subject product from Indonesia during the period of investigation.
The period of investigation is from 1 June 2021 to 31 May 2022. ITAC calculated the dumping duties as follow for this period:
